HOW TO INSTALL PATCHES

 

1. Download the skunkcrafts plugin from : https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?%2Fforums%2Ftopic%2F144828-updater-download-page%2F


2. Place the folder into your 'X-Plane->Resources ->Plugins'.


3. Load up in x-plane, making sure to use any aircraft besides the 727. The aircraft should already come with a configuration file, so simply open the skunkcrafts plugin. Scan for additional aircraft, and apply updates when prompted. Make sure to check if re-activation is required and restart your x-plane session.

  • Fixed an issue where the spoilers would not deploy.

  • Fixed Mach Hold no longer working after previous patch.

  • Fixed how the mach tape moves. -Fixed the elevator position indicator showing the value reversed.

  • Fixed VMO indicator, indicating the wrong mach value.

  • Fixed trim value at plane load-up. -Fixed LE Flaps not deploying with alternate flap system.

  • Fixed issue where only the left inner flap would fail. -Set gear to fail down under 180 kts if no hydraulics available.

  • Changed chance of having a gear failure. Less likely now.

  • Fixed issue where you were not able to reconnect the CSD drive after having to disconnect it. The maintenance system will not fix it properly.

  • Standby Altimeter setting will now match pilots altimeter on plane load.

  • You will now be able to fix the tail skid if it gets hit and wont come up through the maintenance system.

  • Added maint system feature that will pop tires or collapse a gear if you land to hard and too heavy. You will need to land significantly hard to trigger these.

  • Fixed issue where occasionally the starter valves would get stuck open with no way to close them.

  • Added aft cargo door visual to the 727-100 variant.

  • Fixed glass object specular properties -Adjusted cockpit exterior glass texture.

  • Interior cockpit glass textures redone and increased to 4k resolution.

  • Fixed Issue with -100 Weight and Balance manager allowing you to go negative on passengers in a row.

  • Added function to 200F Weight and Balance manager to decrease cargo load by clicking on the palets.

  • Fixed Flap movement sound playing while flaps not actually moving.

  • Added GPS/NAV switch to change pilots HSI. AP or FD will follow the HSI source either for NAV or a GPS signal of some kind while in nav/loc mode. (CIVA,FMC,etc.) AUX nav now redundant.

  • Fixed rouge light issue on the 100 and 200F that caused some funny lighting effects.

  • Fixed Issue with IAS hold/Mach Hold and the IAS bug changing to 120 kts.

  • Fixed an issue with the TCAS VSI not showing the correct arrow for descending aircraft.

Sounds

  • Fixed wiper sound playing with no power

  • Slightly more bass overall.
